About the role As Commercial Partnership Specialist, you'll be the operational expert driving process across stores for our strategic partnerships, ensuring issues are dealt with and everything runs like clockwork. Collaborating with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external, you'll provide key support in the execution and growth of our commercial partnership programmes where sales volumes have experienced double digit growth. Initiatives include EV charging and cover a wide range of offerings for our customers, so work is varied and constantly evolving to prepare for the future.
To do this, you'll:
·Collaborate with retail trading teams and store owners to ensure execution meets the needs and expectations of our customers
·Manage and maintain relationships and communication platforms between Foodies and trading partners
·Lead and manage change initiatives across our network
·Prepare business cases, creating communication plans and engaging stakeholder groups
About you Having managed projects in a previous role you'll be an organised self-starter with an eye for detail. An administrative whizz you'll be tech savvy, process driven and will know your way round the Microsoft suite. With strong comms (both verbal and written) you'll be great at stakeholder management and will be comfortable building framework, maintaining process and delivering key business outcomes.
You'll also:
·Comfortable working on diverse projects with large
·Some experience in project and change management
·Confident communicator with skills ideally honed though experience in creating communication plans and engaging stakeholder groups
·Systematic and detailed orientated
