Commercial Manager -Operations And Strategy Financial Services

The team within a Wealth Financial Services organisation is responsible for distributing a variety of products and services to the Financial Advisor market.
The right candidate for the position of Commercial Finance Project Manager should bring the right blend of strategic influence as well as operational hands on approach.
The role has the following responsibilities:

Monitor performance, identify and develop recommendations
Trend analysis and actionable insights
Financial support for the sales team
Budgets and forecasts, review and challenging plans
Analyse and drive cost efficiencies
Develop pricing framework and strategy for the sales team

The position of Commercial Manager requires the following skills:
Around 5- 7 years commercial analysis background
Relevant industry experience is highly desired to hit the ground running
A CA/CPA/CFA finance background or MBA/Finance related qualified is highly desired
Provide insights and take the big picture approach
Self starter, autonomous operator with strong communication skills to liaise with senior stakeholders
