The Role: They are currently seeking 2 highly motivated and hard-working people to join their Internal Collections team. This is a phone based, office-based role, where you will be responding to inbound calls, from customers who have been contacted about unpaid debts. It will be your job to talk to these customers and work out a repayment plan that they can afford and will eventually clear their debt. It will be a busy role and we are looking for those who will enjoy engaging with customers, but also realise they have targets to meet. There is a purpose for their call, not just for a good old chinwag. About You: The team is upbeat and energetic. They have a laugh; they work hard and play hard ….and have a whole heap of fun each day. They are proud of the work that they do and of the company that they work for. (It makes such a difference when they can tick these boxes). But the role is fast paced, and you will need to enjoy talking to people, all day, every day….and they certainly don't want to hire any slackers. You! What will work: We will only consider those with phone-based work experience. Eg: Telesales, or phone-based Customer Service or previous Collections experience. Gift of the gab! Able to engage with all walks of life. Has empathy and respect for others. Keeps positive and keeps on smiling, even when there is a challenging customer conversation. Able to engage with customers and work towards payment plans that will work for both parties. Strong self-motivation. RESULTS ORIENTED. Proactive! Keen to achieve. Social at the right times. Focused at the right times. A good SOH and the ability to laugh at yourself. You will need quick and accurate keyboard skills. Must be great at following processes.
