Clinical Nurse Manager-Cssd

About the role:
This well regarded and growing private hospital has a vacancy for an experienced theatre team member to lead and manage the CSSD team in a brand new off site facility. This will be working FT, Mon-Fri, leading a team of 35 and reporting in to the GM. This is both clinical leadership and site management for the daily operations of the CSSD and delivery of sterile services. You will be responsible for the full HR capacity of your team including performance management and development of its team members.

What you have to do: Lead and grow the CSSD team including performance management, recruitment, and the development of a sustainable work culture
Provide site management and clinical leadership across the daily operations of the CSSD and delivery of sterile services to the operating rooms and external customers
Be responsible for the operational quality and compliance including management of inventory, supply chain and distribution
Deliver an effective service meeting strategic plans and service level agreement requirements
Skills and Experience: Must be NZ registered with a current APC
Experienced RN with significant theatre experience and sterilisation knowledge
Proven leadership and people management
Budget management and strong business acumen
Confident with great relationship management skills
