About the position
Be an integral part of the clinical leadership team. Support your Clinical Manager in the day to day running of the site and supporting the clinical team. Lead by example representing the company values and ensuring a high level of care is provided to all the residents, promoting overall wellness care and quality of life.
Clinical leadership & support alongside the CM across the facility
Provide direct resident care and assist staff to manage clients with complex needs
Co-ordinate care reviews and keep up to date records
Demonstrate excellence in care and service delivery
Supervise and monitor day to day performance of staff and provide direction
Provide formal and informal training to direct reports
Skills and Experience New Zealand Registered Nurse with a current APC
Excellent clinical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for aged care
Ability to lead by example and work as part of a team
Manage change and promote best practice
Able to work and relate to all cultures
Good computer skills, working knowledge of MS Office
