About the Role
Working across this awesome client's two clinics in Northland, you will initially engage in a dynamic balance between hands-on physiotherapy duties and clinic management responsibilities. As the clinic evolves, your role will gradually transition into a more managerial focus with fewer hands-on commitments. This role is an awesome opportunity for an experienced physiotherapist interested in diving deeper into the leadership and management space.
Key Duties Include: Overseeing operational and staff management for the clinics, encompassing recruitment, rostering, performance and KPI management, staff meetings, and procurement of equipment and stock
Providing staff leadership, support, training, and clinical mentorship
Quality management, including overseeing and reporting on service delivery quality
Leading the implementation of strategic and marketing plans in collaboration with the Managing Director
Identifying and developing new business opportunities, fostering staff skills in business growth
Monthly evaluation of clinic and staff performance, offering feedback to the Managing Director, and weekly meetings to review financial performance
General physiotherapy duties, such as patient assessments, treatment plans, follow-ups, and maintaining clinical records

This is a full-time position with a negotiable salary based on experience
The Successful Applicant Will Have: A minimum of 4 years of experience as a practising Physiotherapist
A current Annual Practicing Certificate
A comprehensive understanding of ACC
An understanding of general business practice
