Job Description: Northwestern Mutual is seeking a Client Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a client support role and possess key personality traits such as energy and confidence. Soft skills such as leadership and time management are also essential for success in this role. Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and web chat.2. Assist clients with account inquiries, technical support, and issue resolution.3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate responses to client requests.4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with the team to implement solutions.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve clients.7. Complete special projects and assignments as needed. Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client support role.2. Energetic and confident personality.3. Strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.4. Excellent time management and organizational skills.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.6. Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.7.
