ClockworX offers small businesses a full suite of customised bookkeeping services delivered with an emphasis on automation to gain efficiencies Were looking for a fulltime Client Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team and guide our new clients into our streamlined bookkeeping solution The ClockworX Client Onboarding Specialist will have an integral role in helping build trusting relationships with our clients We are after someone client centric who has a passion for ensuring that our clients experience during the onboarding process is aligned with our vision and values Youll be an excellent communicator both in email and over the phone confident with video conferences and online communication either an accountant or bookkeeper have a solid background in accounting or bookkeeping where you may be looking for less time on the tool role and a more of a client focused role business savvy understand a broad range of businesses and processes to offer advice to our clients during an onboarding phase technology focused quickly developing deep product and system knowledge to demonstrate advise trouble shoot and train clients client centric have the ability to build relationships with our clients You will be passionate about understanding client needs and in turn find solutions for the client Specifically our Client Onboarding Specialist will Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new clients and the training of users Manage all onboarding processes and ensure successful transition of clients onto our ongoing bookkeeping team Ensure all bookkeeping services delivered are done so at a high standard Drive the growth of clients by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed Be confident to run onboarding meetings and deep dive sessions with our new clients Identify process improvements to gain efficiencies for our clients Represent the voice of the client to inform our processing team and transfer information clearly accurately and timely Provide insights to clients to ensure that they benefit from their partnership with us Keep accurate records and document client processes and discussions Understand the Xero EcoSystem and the advancement of the accounting industry Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience 5 years accounting or bookkeeping experience including month end reporting experience Proven working experience as an accountant or bookkeeper is a must Some NZ Payroll experience is preferred Experience on Xero Market Place apps such as Receipt Bank Hubdoc Smart Payroll and iPayroll Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills being very detailed oriented highly organised and collaborative Resultsdriven with an emphasis on accuracy speed and action Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate information and transfer knowledge internally Ability to work in a paperless environment where there is an emphasis on utilising the latest technology advances to gain process efficiencies Driven selfmotivated enthusiastic and with a can do attitude Empathetic positive attitude with a desire to help our clients reach their business goals Ability to thrive in an early stage business environment We wear many hats in a dynamic environment Be a problem solver Be Xero Certified If this sounds like you and you want to be part of our growing ClockworX team please send us your CV and a cover letter outlining what value you can bring to our team
