A bit about the role: This is a crucial role within the business which will see you managing and overseeing a team of 15-20 FTE and casual employees working across the Client Experience, Financial Service Administration and Account Management teams. You'll be passionate and skilled in driving customer initiatives to ensure a seamless experience for existing and new clients and will be a natural problem solver who is always looking at ways of improving, streamlining and enhancing the daily customer operations both from a client/customer and internal team perspective. To lead, inspire, coach and improve. You'll be a pro when it comes to:Leading, motivating and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer/client supportDriving process improvements and solutions; enhancing the customer experience is always top of mindPartnering with stakeholders to streamline processes when it comes to application handling, efficiency with approvals and quality control initiativesChampioning and driving efficiency within customer CRM systems and customer analytics Strategic growth planning; identifying gaps within the team and pitching growth strategies where/when neededImplementing performance initiatives, up-skilling workshops and development pathways for team membersFostering a supportive, collaborative and authentic high-performing team culture; always celebrate the wins!Providing support to operations managers and enhancing overall organisational efficiency.To be successful you'll have a proven track record in leading and coaching high performing customer/client services, call centre or account management/sales teams within the financial services industry.
