Current partnerships in place with civil contractors on major D&C contracts up to $380M. Good opportunity to get some big project experience on your CV.
Sitting under the Manager for the urban, stormwater and environment team, support the urban development division through stormwater investigations, modelling/analysis, design, mapping and reporting. He will be your mentor through the early days to push that step up to senior title, where ou will gain whole project involvement and team leadership accountability.
A typical working week would include a combination of the following;
Stormwater and flooding investigations modelling, hydrological, hydraulic, flood, water quality and water balance assessments.
Integrated water cycle management strategies incorporating WSUD for urban development projects.
Flood risk management strategies for local councils and state government.
Office location in Greater Western Sydney, mid-sized company with long history in land development projects. Nice place to arrive at every day with a friendly staff base and plenty of support staff on hand.
Individualised formal & informal development programs, including performance reviews and fortnightly continuous improvement team meetings to improve efficiency in the team as well as individual performances.
Requires: Civil or Environmental Engineering Degree with at least 5 years experience in the above areas. Knowledge and experience in a combination of MUSIC, XP RAFTS, TUFLOW, HECRAS, DRAINS
