Checkout Supervisor  We are a large Supermarket in a very competitive area seeking innovative, customer focused Checkout team members whose skills and attributes can be utilised in our Checkout Department. It is essential that the successful applicants have the ability and passion to provide excellent customer service and have the ability to train and lead other staff. We are looking for both a full-time and part-time supervisor for our Checkout Department. 
It is essential that applicants hold a current Managers Certificate. LCQ is preferred, however not essential. 
The successful applicants will need to be able to demonstrate the following attributes: Proven leadership skillsDeveloped organisational skillsAn ability to communicate at all levels of an organisationProven history of successInspires by exampleAn ability to play a part in a culture that promotes service and team workA history of supervising the Sale and Supply of liquorKey Responsibilities Include: Ensure a consistently high level of staff presentation in the Checkout DepartmentOrganising, leading and coaching of staffThe implementation of our Food and Health and Safety requirementsAssist in the organisation and running of the Checkout Department Training of new staffManagement of the Sale and Supply of LiquorThere are two roles we are currently, one is Full Time and the other is Part Time.
