Business Development Manager

We're on the lookout for an experienced Business Development Manager to join and complement our highly passionate team as one of our Dealer Solution Consultants, on our crusade to help dealerships throughout NZ achieve success...  This role is unique due to the account management opportunities where the successful candidate will nurture existing relationships, as well as scope the market and grow client databases in the assigned territory.  Build & develop valued relationships through your natural curiosity where you'll identify opportunities and frustrations within a dealership and use a broad range of solutions from our toolkit to tailor an approach ensuring the best outcome for all involved. What are we looking for from you? You self-manage and love adding value to your relationships. You're not afraid to meet new people and can relate to individuals regardless of their experience or position within a business.  With some experience in a financial, insurance or motor industry service/sales environment, and an understanding of the role technology can play in business , you've got an overall awareness of quality and standards, and your communication with others is clear and transparent.
