BestStart Riccarton Park is seeking a passionate and dedicated Centre Manager to help open our new centre in June 2024! We welcome applicants to take the next step in their leadership journey and to play a key role in building relationships with our new children and families! 
Be part of a new centre from the ground-up; from setting up the learning environment to developing the team values and philosophy. You'll be working with fantastic new resources in this clean, sunny and modern space. BestStart Riccarton Park is soon to open in the Karamu subdivision, in Riccarton Park. The centre will provide quality education and care for children aged between 3 months to 5 years old.
Our indoor spaces are built to support the learning and development of every age group – Infants, Toddlers and Preschoolers. Each room will be equipped with high quality, focused resources designed to spark curious minds. We'll have an expansive outdoor where children can challenge themselves on the playground equipment while building their independence and self-confidence.

This role is best suited for someone with a passion and drive in setting up a new team and Centre. You will be flexible, and the ability to establish relationships with a strong pedagogical experience.
This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 
Role requirements: Commit to making a difference in the lives of young learners with a team dedicated to excellence. We are looking for the following:
