You'll will play a pivotal role as the essential bridge connecting the franchise with our valued Café Franchisees. In this dynamic and impactful position, your primary focus will be providing oversight over our network of 10 cafes in the South Island, ensuring that the Robert Harris brand is not just maintained but elevated to do great. Your responsibilities extend to the core principle of 'caring for our offering.' This entails not only leading our food and beverage portfolio but also actively bringing our national promotions to life. As our relationship builder, you will regularly visit sites, managing both café re-sales and new café setups, reinforcing the strength and vitality of our franchise community. You can expect regular travel in this role, covering your South Island region and linking up with the Franchise team at our Roastery in Auckland weekly via teams.
