Property Manager

Braziers Limited  is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic  Property Manager  to join our vibrant team on a full-time basis.  Our ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and have a fastidious eye for detail. We are looking for an individual, who is proactive and will go above and beyond to get the job done. A full New Zealand Drivers Licence is a must. Whilst experience in property management is an advantage, it's not essential. If you have transferable, relevant skills & experience and you can demonstrate how they relate to property management, we strongly encourage you to apply.. Property Manager duties will include but are not limited too : Managing and developing a portfolio of relationships and properties by providing a 5-star level of service & communication to our owners and tenants. Conduct routine inspections of managed properties and provide routine property condition reports.  Organise repairs and maintenance to managed properties, coordinating with tenants and contractors.
