Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Tauranga, New Zealand. As a key member of our company, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth in the property maintenance and facilities management sector. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and establishing our presence in the Tauranga market. Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and drive sales growth. Concentrate on acquiring new business across all sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets and business objectives. Price projects to align with client requirements and project scopes. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction. Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform business decisions. Prepare and present business proposals, contracts, and presentations to potential clients. Requirements: Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field within the property maintenance industry. Strong understanding of the facilities management sector, particularly in property upkeep, maintenance, renovations, garden maintenance, landscaping, and exterior cleaning building wash services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Knowledge of the Tauranga market and local industry landscape is an advantage.
