About You: 8+ proven year's experience in Business Analysis across a range of different projects including integration projects and skill competencies Experience leading of Business Analysts Experience in producing effective presentations, technical requirements documentation, process flows and other artefacts An excellent working knowledge of common project methodologies, SDLC, including agile methodologies (preferred) Ability to provide effective solutions to solving business problems Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to positively engage and influence people across all levels of the organization Skilled at managing business change Take initiative at being pro-active in your approach Consulting experience with a strategic mindset.
