Job Description Role type: 12 month fixed-term, full-timeLocation: WellingtonSalary Band: $109,786 to $124,703 depending on skills and experience Korero mo te Turanga - About the RoleWe have an exciting project focussed fixed term opportunity for a passionate and experienced Business Analyst within the Digital Portfolio Office for someone who has strong all-round Business and Digital experience at a senior level.You will be working across two important initiatives;Within a team responsible for a wide range of monitoring, investigative, and enforcement activities under the various Acts administered by MPI where the systems are approaching their end of support lifecycle. You will be responsible for leading the development of a set of Business Requirements which will help shape the Investment Case. Within a high performing team to migrate our document management system into SharePoint Online. You will be responsible for all analysis, requirements, and processes to support a successful project delivery. There may be a need to support other projects as required.Across both of these projects, you will: Use your significant experience in managing internal relationships with a variety of stakeholders and gain the support and participation of key individuals and groups.Facilitate workshops, both virtual and face to face.Be able to work autonomously and meet deadlines.Analyse and document current and future state processes.Write a clear set of Business Requirements.Use your technical expertise to support and lead all business analysis activities to support a successful enterprise migration into SharePoint online. Mou - About You To be successful in this role, you will have proven Business Analysis experience in a large and complex environment working on both business and digital projects, ideally from within the public sector.Prior experience working particularly with SharePoint online and Document management.Our ideal candidate is a team player who is resourceful, has initiative and a proven ability to deliver results.
