Business Analyst - Property

Lead Business Analyst work across one of Wellington's most exciting Property Portfolios.Our client is looking for a seasoned Business Analyst with experience in Property or as part of a Property Portfolio. Our client is seeking a Business Analyst capable of gathering requirements within a Property environment, with the aim of developing our client's Property capability through cost analysis and generation of finance for the benefit of long-term strategic initiative.The ideal candidate will be someone who is delivery focused and has a high-level understanding of managing internal and external stakeholders.Key skills required: 5+ years experience in Business Analyst roles.Autonomy, the ability to lead yourself across complex and challenging pieces of work.An extensive understanding of delivery.Demonstrable experience working with a wide range of stakeholders.Outcome-focused, critical thinker and problem-solving abilities.A background in Construction and/or infrastructure.As with any assignment, strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, given the fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.What we offer: A contract with a strong possibility of extension.A great culture with a supportive manager.A long-term relationship with a team motivated to find the right role for you.A high-performing team in a flexible working environment.If you are interested in an opportunity like this, then please apply today!
