Within our National Portables branch network, this Napier branch supports a wide and varied customer base around Hawkes Bay from small building firms through to global infrastructure businesses and everyone in between.This is a key role where your remit is the overall accountability for branch performance. This includes the achievement of financial targets, ensuring that operational standards are maintained, and that the team are always working safely while ensuring excellent service delivery to our broad range of customers.In joining this team, you will be responsible for a customer service person and as well as a team of drivers who are responsible for the delivery and cleaning requirements of our Portaloo fleet.To ensure successful revenue generation you will be commercially minded, a strong negotiator and have superb customer relationship management skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong business networks.
