They are looking for a dedicated and experienced Associate Director to join their Corporate and Institutional Banking team.The Role:Prioritising customer satisfaction through value-added solutions for their evolving needsCreating and implementing successful business strategies, drive growth, and improve profitability while considering both the customer needs and bank objectivesProducing detailed financial modelling, credit applications, credit analysis, and collaborating with the teamOverseeing origination process for new transactions and managing client portfolios efficiently.Identifying and mitigating credit, operational, and compliance risks throughout daily activitiesCollaborating with all internal departments to provide tailored product, services, and advice to satisfy customer needs.Our Ideal Candidate:Extensive experience in commercial banking or corporate and institutionalbanking relationship managementA proven track record or achieving business targets and exceeding customer expectationsAbility to display strategic and analytic ability through exceptional communication and relationship skills.Sound and up to date understanding of local market, similarly for the China market is advantageousExcellent and professional written and verbal English is essentialThe ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese is advantageous, but not essentialAll applicants must be eligible to work in New Zealand.Does this sound like you?
