Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Bank Manager is accountable for the development, leadership, and performance of our Manukau branch. Responsible for forging and nurturing key relationships both internally and externally to ensure our ongoing business and customer success.
This role is focussed on enriching the Westpac brand and will contribute to our commitment and transforming on how we connect with our customers and the spaces, technology and capability required to deliver a great experience for customers, staff, business partners, stakeholders, and the local community.
You will be responsible for inspiring and leading a diverse team of Banking Specialists, Personal Managers and Customer Service Representatives, to meet every customer's needs across personal banking, business banking and wealth management.
