Our client:

Is a stunning venue in Hamilton, providing a world class experience for guests. Being the only commercial estate of their kind in New Zealand they truly are some special. Their venue has many different points of service offerings from, tours, to wedding & events venue, to dining a la carte or high tea!

The role:

The purpose of the role is to support the Restaurant Manager with team management and overall operation of the Restaurant.

Key responsibilities include:

-coach, drive and inspire the team of 15x to provide exceptional customer service, maintain standards and achieve targets
-manage inventory and stock processes
-assist with training and development of new and existing staff
-liaise and work with suppliers and contractors
-create a memorable experience for all guests

What we are looking for:

-experience in FOH management either at a supervisor or Assistant Restaurant Manager level
-a passion and drive for hospitality and providing exceptional service
-ability to demonstrate a motivating leadership style
-flexibility to work across all 7x days to support business requirements (you will always get two days off per week)
-experience working in NZ hospitality
