We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.

Commercial Pricing (QS /CM/OA Duties)
Compliance - Quality, Environment, Health & Safety. (OM, OA Duties)
Managing Delegated jobs (CM duties)
Documentation - Prices for civil works, drafting grants, prepare claims set reports
Performance Management - company and team goal assist in PMI
Reporting & Auditing

Relevant qualifications (diploma - quantity surveying or similar)
2+ years industry experience in full range of earthworks / Asphalt
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Good planning and organisational skills and able to meet deadlines
Health and safety knowledge and how to deal with emergency procedures on site
Self-motivated and attention to detail
