Application Support Analyst with strong SQL development skills is required to join an established team who manage the support and development of a key suit of applications which provide a critical service. You will become a subject matter expert, learning both the functionality and the technical architecture of the applications. You will be the key contact for support, responsible for understanding, investigating and solving problems. In addition you will be responsible for ongoing maintenance and for feeding into requirements for future functionality of new systems.

Key responsibilities:
Support, development and maintenance
Problem Management, root cause analysis
Learn new systems and business processes
Technical and operational documentation
Investigate software code to diagnose and fix system issues
Application testing and Implementations

Experience required:
Proven senior technical experience supporting critical applications
High level of SQL development skills are essential - .net is desirable
Accounting, Finance and services experience desirable
Understanding of agile and DevOps
First class written and verbal communication and customer service skills
