Advisor: Contact Centre - Casual Overnight

Te Turanga | About the roleAs an Advisor: Contact Centre, you are the first point of contact for enquiries received through Council's Contact Centre. You will be providing exceptional customer service to the community, whether it's a korero over the phone, responding to emails, or even answering social media enquiries.Our Contact Centre operates 24 hours, 7 days a week. We have casual roles available to cover our overnight shifts. The hours of work are 10.45pm to 7.15am.
