Te turanga - The role
In this key role you will lead the delivery of influential advice and insights to the Reserve Bank's policy committees. You will lead a group of analysts within the Market Intelligence & Analysis (MIA) team to deliver analysis and collect market intelligence on financial market developments, the transmission of monetary policy in New Zealand, and the transmission of global developments to the New Zealand economy and financial system.

You will work across teams and departments to deliver research and strategic advice on a range of priority areas. You will support the Manager to organise the team's output, coach and develop less-experienced staff, and build the team's expertise.
