Aboutthe role
Areyou passionate about delivering excellent customer support? This position is inthe busy Emergency Department and would suit an energetic Administrator who canalso offer superior customer service and take a proactive approach to learningand developing new skills and processes.
This is a fixed term position of 40 hours per week on arostered and rotated basis, coveringscreening for covid-19 and supporting the administration team.
Skillsand Experience
Weare looking for people who demonstrate the following skills/experience:
Excellent work ethic with the ability to successfully work within a team
Knowledge and experience in an administration role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Superior customer service skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively under fluctuating levels of pressure
Intermediate to advance experience in Microsoft Office products
Be able to demonstrate great attention to detail
Able to format documents (using Microsoft Word) to a high standard
The ability to meet deadlines and manage your own workflow
A willingness to learn and increase your knowledge
A positive can-do attitude
