Permanent - full time
80 hours per fortnight
Applications are invited for an enthusiastic, motivated person to join the Population Health Service to provide Administration support to the Service across both Napier and Hastings sites.
This role is responsible to:
Provide Personal Assistant support to the General Manager, Population Health.
Support to the Executive Assistant of the Executive Director, Health Improvement & Equity as required
Provide an efficient, accurate and timely secretarial, word processing and administration service
Actively involved with project management and will lead selected service improvement activities as delegated by management leaders.
Operationally and strategically support the delivery of the Hawke's Bay Health Sector vision

The person we are seeking will need to have excellent computer skills utilising databases, Microsoft applications - Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook and Visio, with previous clerical, secretarial, minute taking and administration experience.
They will also need excellent communication skills to communicate with a wide range of people.
They will also have the ability to use their own initiative to respond to a variety of demands with enthusiasm and a 'can do' attitude, able to prioritise workload, plus be able to work independently, and as part of a team.
The role is full time, 80hours per fortnight. Experience working in the Health Sector would be an advantage. Please view the position profile HERE
