Approx. 12-16 hours per week (days and hours flexible)Baxter Design is a well-established small Wakatipu based consultancy, specialising in Landscape Architecture, Masterplanning, Urban Design and Landscape Planning.We are looking for an experienced administrator with previous administrative and accounts experience, to join our team. We are looking for someone that is mature and practical, in turn we offer flexibility and a relaxed work environment.This position would be flexible and would really suit someone who would like part time work whilst managing a busy family, or has other commitments. We will train you and help you through getting to know how we work. We are based in Dalefield, in a home office, so parking isn?t a problem.Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Processing client invoices and statements
Processing PAYE and liaising with our external Accountant on other tax matters
Manage our financial and job management system
Running payroll and maintaining the system
Assisting with other administration tasks and general office dutiesWe would need you to have:Previous accounts administration experience
An understanding of basic accounting
The ability to work well as part of a team and without supervision
Excellent organisational skills
