Financial Administrator Publication Date 11 / 03 / 2024 Location Dunedin Type Permanent / Full Time Sector Admin / Secretarial / Office Support Administration The Opportunity A permanent Finance Administration available for a capable and experienced individual covering AP / AR & payroll, assistance with monthly financials and general administration duties including stakeholder engagement and operational support. The Financial Administrator is a full-time, permanent position, and may offer flexibility with hours for the right candidate. This is a community focused organisation, who hold strong values and encourage a collaborative office culture. Key Responsibilities of the position Accounts Payable/Receivable and reporting using Xero Prepare and run weekly end-to-end Payroll through third-party provider Reconciling Bank Accounts/Credit Card GST Filing & PAYE/Payday Filing General office administration & team support Key Attributes Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience working with a wide variety of stakeholders Fast and accurate typing/data entry skills Computer literate (MS Office suite) Experience with Xero preferred Excellent attention to detail & time management skills Strong work ethic & very organised
