Accounts Receivable Team Lead

Accounts Receivable/Credit Control (Accounting) Provide leadership and mentor staff through coaching and trainingResponsible for credit control and ensure accounts receivable balances are consistently monitored and followed up closelyResponsible for timely monthly closing of accounts receivableReview journals, invoices and commission paid and receivedPrepare monthly reports, conduct balance review and highlight risksEnsure all transactions (ie. invoicing and receipts) are accurately billed in accordance to GST requirementsEnsure bank transactions are posted on a daily basisUpdate daily cashflow for receipts sectionAssist in internal and external audit exercisesRequirementsMinimum Diploma in Accountancy/CAT with 6 years of relevant supervisory experienceMeticulous, organized and a good team player with strong leadershipGood interpersonal and communication skillsAble to handle high volume of work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to identify areas of improvement on existing processes Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and WordCompany information Registration No. 199501400R Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Singapore?
