Accountant

For a leading nano-technology company in Christchurch with offices in the UK, France and the USA, we are looking for an accountant to assist the Financial Controller with the administration of their group of companies.
Responsibilities include:
Accounts payable and receivable

Reconciliations, bank and GL

Payroll

Monthly reporting

Preferred skills:
Familiarity with accounting / ERP systems

Studying or completed a degree with an accountancy major

Accurate

Well organised

Here is a great chance to get some valuable hands on experience.
Working hours are between8.30am and 5pm, The actual hours worked are very flexible and can be arranged around studies or other commitments as long as sufficient hours (20) are worked.
The Employer is looking for someone after a sudden resignation - therefore this position is a temporary fixed term position until an in-depth hiring process can be done. This opportunity has thepotential to turn in to a full time role for a graduatewho fills the role well.
