With expertise spanning global insurance markets, they deliver excellent service through a dedicated team that values and understands clients' businesses. The opportunity: As the Private Client Practice Manager your responsibility will be to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients while delivering exceptional service and ensuring all private insurance needs are met with precision and care. Key deliverables include: Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison for high-net-worth clients, fostering relationships, addressing inquiries, and conducting regular reviews to tailor insurance portfolios to their evolving needs. Insurance Advisory and Placement: Evaluate client risk profiles and policies, develop tailored insurance solutions, conduct market research, negotiate terms, prepare quotes, and coordinate policy issuance for timely coverage aligned with client needs. Policy Management and Administration: Manage the issuance and administration of insurance policies, oversight, and accountability for client claims, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, while coordinating with internal teams to optimize processes, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions and transactions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration among internal teams, ensuring seamless coordination with the corporate team to deliver premium private insurance solutions, while promoting regular communication and information sharing to align strategies and coordinate efforts effectively. The ideal candidate:To excel in this role, you should hold a NZQA Level 5 qualification in General Insurance or be actively pursuing it. You will possess a minimum of 2 years of fire and general insurance experience, along with a solid grasp of compliance and regulatory standards. Additionally, a strong understanding of insurance processes and the ability to identify and streamline areas for improvement are highly valued. Proficiency in computer skills, including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word are essential. You will also demonstrate a commitment to professional conduct and possess a strong drive and self-motivation to achieve exceptional client outcomes.
