What this opportunity involves:As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal service delivery is provided in the day-to-day operations across our client portfolio. You will oversee the coordination of facilities management services, including ad hoc maintenance, fire and mechanical/electrical support, and the help desk function.An Overview of the role: Coordinate the facilities management service, following environmental safety guidelinesManage reactive maintenance requests through the Customer Experience Centre (CXC)Deliver ongoing performance and compliance reporting to stakeholdersEnsure services and activities are in line with budget and reporting requirementsMaintain continuity of property services with minimum disruption to business operationsConduct monthly audits and review reportsComply with all health, safety, and environmental policies and proceduresWork in partnership with the team to align the long-term portfolio strategy with company objectivesServe as a key interface between the company and the Supplier Customer Experience CentreMonitor KPIs and ensure contractual complianceConduct contractor procurement in compliance with procurement policiesManage ongoing performance of contractorsManage escalations and evaluate vendor/contractor managementSounds like you?
