Job Description:

Harmoney, a leading financial services company based in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ, is seeking a passionate and independent Account Support Officer to join our team. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity to work from home.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to account holders via phone, email, and chat.2. Assist with account inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.3. Process account transactions and updates with accuracy and efficiency.4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management processes.5. Conduct research and analysis on industry trends and competitor offerings.6. Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements:1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role.2. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.3.
