Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support) We are looking for an enthusiastic and efficient Business Support Co-ordinator to join our tight-knit and high functioning Support Centre Team. We're looking for someone who not only has a process-oriented mind set but also brings a positive attitude and a sense of humour to the team.We are seeking someone with good knowledge in ERP systems who has the ability to adapt to and learn new systems, who can multi-task and has the ability to deal with changing priorities and requirements. This role involves a variety of support centre duties that play a crucial role the overall operations of the business.Key Responsibilities:As our Business Support Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including:Managing all requests for work to produce optimal performance and efficient deployment of work schedules to all Infracore field staffCo-ordinating the development of Infracore's resource management system ensuring the smooth operationWorking with InfraCore managers to forecast and program workloadsSchedule and dispatch field crews, equipment, or service vehicles to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needsEnsuring all InfraCore records are completed and information is accurate in preparation for invoicing and reportingManaging and analysing system reports/searches to enable InfraCore managers to efficiently access and analyse current workloadsMonitor & manage the operation and maintenance of fleet; tractors, plant & equipmentWhat you'll bringExperience in Dispatch/SchedulingExperience in Data analysis and report developmentTo be well organised, with methodical work habitsInclusive and approachable working styleWhat we can provide: Training and further developmentWellness benefits and initiativesGuaranteed 40 hours/week Monday to Friday.The chance to work with a company who puts our people at the heart of the organisationAbout us InfraCore is a Council Controlled Organisation (COC) created as a social enterprise to deliver essential services to Rotorua Lakes Council, and its residents and visitors.
