Our client specialise in providing Contractor Management, Outsourced Payroll, WH&S and Migration solutions to Contractors, Recruitment Agencies and Corporations.

The Role:
Account Management for contractors, agencies and corporations
Liaising with key stakeholders via phone and email
Efficient contractor on-boarding
Contract administration
Database management/administration - using Salesforce
Ensuring all parties are fully versed on solutions and processes
Liaising with internal departments to ensure the clients needs are met
Compliance implementation

About You:
Excellent customer service skills
A positive and enthusiastic 'can do' attitude
Ability to prioritise your workload and multitask
Excellent time management skills and highly organised
Impeccable attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to exercise judgement and solve problems
