Student Job Search Aotearoa (SJSA) is an award-winning, not-for-profit organisation. We are the largest student job platform in Aotearoa, and we champion the next generation of talent to employers. We support employers and rangatahi in all types of mahi, from casual one-off roles to graduate starting careers. We are looking for a full time Account Manager to join the Permanent Team in the People Experience Team. Account managers work daily with new and current employers who use our platform, or educate new employers about our platform. As an account manager you will open up new opportunities to graduates as well connecting them with the best employers possible. Working for us means:2 days a week work from home policy. The right candidate will be someone who will make new and build on existing relationships, have a keen eye on generating revenue through these relationships and manage recruitment campaigns. What you will be doing in the day to day:Grow and maintain accounts and generate a continuous pipeline of permanent job listings and opportunities for graduates. Secure placements from these listings. Achieving targets set around our free listing service and paid revenue schemes. Edit and advise on best practice for adverts, brief the Candidate Resourcer to ensure they find the best candidates to apply. Keep data up to date on our CRM and website. Reverse market candidates from our Talent Pools to employers who list with us. Secure revenue through paid recruitment campaigns. Lead recruitment campaigns with CV Screening, phone screening, testing, and shortlisting. Communicate with employer's after a candidate has started. Alongside your normal day to day work, there is the opportunity to be involved in lots of other projects and initiatives we're running. What we're looking for:A self-starter, you can plan your day how you wish to. Proven account management, sales, or recruitment experience is essential.Good communication skills – both written and verbal. Adept at picking up new systems, we use the likes of Zoho Analytics, CRM and JobAdder ATS. Goal driven – we want you and the team to succeed.
