Our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services business line works with some of the world's leading organisations to provide them onsite Facility Management solutions.We manage concierge through to cleaning services, as well as reactive & preventative maintenance, engineering & safety. We also look at their leasing & property requirements. IFM can also analyse and offer solutions on how to decrease their environmental footprint.
What this job involves
You’ll work on-site to provide the day-to-day management of all operational & financial aspects of this client workplace environment as well as third party vendor management.
Reporting into the Senior Workplace Manager, you’ll undertake and document regular Workplace inspections - and then follow up with contractors. An important part of this role will be to support and train the facility management team, instilling consistent service delivery and a high-performance culture.
Please note that this role is a 6-month Fixed Term Contract.
A snapshot of what this role will look like:
Create a welcoming environment for clients by providing authentic, caring and timely service,
Support to implement policies and procedure to meet contractual obligations,
Assist in the management of all contractors onsite to ensure they perform,
Ensure financial processes are followed at all times and are completed in a timely and accurate manner,
Support data integrity of all information loaded into systems and comply with the audit process from time to time.

You will be a creative, innovative thinker and hold a high level of financial aptitude, commercial acumen, analytical skills and computer literacy. Providing excellent client service comes naturally to you and your communication skills, an ability to deal with a variety of issues concurrently as well as the capability to work under pressure with limited supervision is essential.
You will already have worked within Facilities Management (or similar) and have the ability to meet tight deadlines whilst delivering a high standard of quality work.
