What we are looking for We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Health Care Work-Based Learning (WBL) Assessor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing learners in real work environments, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their chosen field. This role requires a passion for education, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing quality support to learners. Role purpose The role entails providing learner-centred support and assessment in an innovative, motivational, and quality-driven manner, fostering a positive learning experience for trainees. WBL assessors will engage in self-reflection, self-assessment, and evaluation of their learners' outcomes, all while actively participating in collaboration with colleagues and the Head of School. Ensure that assessments are conducted with integrity and fairness, adhering to established standards and regulations. Continuously evaluate and enhance the quality of support and assessment services to meet the evolving needs of learners and stakeholders. Desirables Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Training, Business, etc.) or equivalent experience. Previous experience in providing learner-centred support and assessment, preferably in a vocational model. Experience working in the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
