Web Chat Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description: Philip Morris International is seeking a Web Chat Specialist to join our team on a remote part-time basis in Nelson, NZ. As a Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing online customer support through chat channels, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience. Responsibilities:- Manage incoming chat inquiries from customers, providing timely and accurate information- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by being attentive, friendly, and helpful- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide solutions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and effective communication with customers- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers- Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to chat support, such as response time and customer satisfaction Requirements:- 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a chat support role- Energetic and adaptable personality traits- Strong innovation and persuasion skills- Excellent written communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in computer systems and customer service software- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred Benefits:- Parental leave- Gym membership- Vision insurance Working Environment:At Philip Morris International, we empower our employees to take ownership of their work and make impactful decisions.
