Job Description:
CH2M Hill is seeking a part-time Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess a reliable and motivated personality. The successful candidate must also demonstrate emotional intelligence and a willingness to cooperate with team members.
Responsibilities:- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries through web chat in a timely and professional manner- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and technical support- Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude throughout all interactions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and efficient communication with customers- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or web chat role- Excellent written communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently- Strong attention to detail- Proficiency in using web chat software and other relevant tools- Availability to work flexible hours as needed- Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate- Medical coverage provided
