Job Description:

Republic Services is seeking a hardworking and reliable individual to join our team as a Web Chat Associate working from home in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate Level Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist customers with product questions, technical issues, and billing inquiries.3. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.4. Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot problems and find solutions for customers.5. Communicate with other team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.6. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to chat response times, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.4. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.5. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software.6. High school diploma or equivalent.
