He let us know the below about the role:What are some day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?Plan, estimate, coordinate and implement change according to agreed standards and using agreed business analysis processes, tools and artefacts.Provide interpretation of technical information to business unit and business information / requirements, non-functional requirements to technical teams to enable delivery of solutions.Connect across the functional stakeholders, including engagement at working groups etc. to tease out details, assist is scoping support functions, and supporting materials for customers and internal service suppliers.Own requirements management including decisions on conflicting requirements and effective change control and clarification processes relating to requirements.Ensure there is complete understanding of project/initiative objectives and business requirements within the team you are part of.What is the team culture and environment like?The team is very collaborative and take immense pride in working together to plan and deliver change that matters. We enjoy each other's company, offer and ask for help, and simply appreciate working together.You will work in an 'amigo' construct, with the BA, Tester and Configurator working closely to define, configure, and stories, to ensure outcomes are met with minimal bugs and retesting.What projects / work will the candidate be working on now and into the next year?The main focus in this role will be our large-scale transformation projects at BNZ. Predominantly focusing on Customer Onboarding.What is your management style?Collaborative and Consultative - I like to encourage and provide support to allow individuals and teams to grow and gain experiences that will lead to fulfilling careers.What attributes will this person display in order to be successful in this role?A strong sense of curiosity, an analytical mindset, open and proactive approach to problem solving will be essential. Knowledge of SQL coding to support advanced report writing. We are seeking a team player, used to working alongside wide range of stakeholder and fellow BAs, but equally capable of working as sole BA on a deliverable.
