Web Chat Associate

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Web Chat Associate at Reliance Steel & Aluminum in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to appropriate teams as needed- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Work closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:- Strong communication skills and the ability to think critically- Driven and hardworking individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
