Job Description: Seequent is seeking a Remote Account Support Specialist to join our team based in Nelson, NZ. This part-time position is ideal for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities:- Provide account support to clients remotely, addressing any inquiries or issues they may have- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients- Assist with onboarding new clients and providing training on our software offerings- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products to clients- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to better support clients- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support or account management role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Driven and confident individual who can work independently- Team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments- Excellent presentation skills- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and client needs Benefits:- Travel opportunities- Visa sponsorship for international candidates- Free accommodation for remote work arrangements Working Environment:At Seequent, we strive to promote equality and fairness for all employees.
