As a Waste Minimisation Officer at Tauranga City Council, you'll be working alongside a professional team of passionate waste minimisation experts who are all working towards the goal of reducing waste going to landfill. In this role you will be: Educating the community on correct use of public place litter bins as well as developing campaigns to reduce illegal dumping and littering Leading the delivery and execution of TCC's corporate waste minimisation projects Responsible for the management of our Resource Wise community fund Working with local events to ensure waste minimisation practices are in place Nga Pukenga | What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you'll bring; To succeed in this role, you'll need to be task focused and driven to make change in our community, along with this we require at least 3 years' experience in a waste minimisation and behaviour change or programme management role.
