About the role We have an exciting opportunity for full-time Inventory Controller to work at our Warehouse. You will be managing all inventory and credit activities relating to the warehouse operations in coordination with internal and external stakeholders. There are 2x roles available: 1 x Inventory Controller (Rymer Place Warehouse - Walter & Wild)1 x Inventory Controller (Mahunga Drive Warehouse - Hubbards)Your responsibilities will include but not limited to: Ensuring stock accuracy target are met at all times through structured cycle count and stock take processes.Raising journals and investigations into missing inventory and shortages.Checking release documentation, filing it in accordance with the company exposition, and recording receipt in the warehouse register.Ensuring all parts materials are handled and stored in accordance with the company exposition and any shelf-life items are controlled and recorded.Liaise with Shipping coordinator and support in order generation and stock movement in the ERP system related to container loading as well as offloading.Process transactions related to inventory movements through containers accurately.About you! You have a minimum 2-year inventory management experience, interest in the FMCG environment and general logistics, with some knowledge of operations in a fast-moving warehouse and administration experience. You enjoy working with a productive team and have a positive can-do attitude! You will have the following attributes: Good interpersonal and communication skills.Good analytical and presentation skillsHigh degree of computer literacy and accurate data management.Strong organization and time management skills.Ability to work in a team environment.Experience in FMCG is preferred.
