We are looking for a Vocational Consultant based in near the beautiful beach of Mount Maunganui. Our Mount Maunganui clinic offers an incredible work-life balance: Walks on the beach at lunch Opportunities to participate in social sports and get-togethers Flexible working conditions A typical day will see you providing career counselling services to clients looking to return or re-join the workforce. This will include providing the following: CV, cover letter and application form preparation Job search techniques across social media and the internet Interview coaching Liaison with a range of suppliers to coordinate licencing and skill development Management of case funding including future requests External stakeholder relationships with ACC, training providers and other professionals In addition to an excellent work-life balance, this role also offers: The support of an experienced and innovative management team supporting your success Structured induction and ongoing support Opportunities to expand your skill set and for career progression Contribution to the cost of professional membership and CPD The ideal candidate will: Tertiary qualification (Level 6 or above) in either Career Counselling, Social Work or Human Resources (ideally) An affiliate, Professional or Full membership of CDANZ, RCSA, ASORC or RCAA A minimum of 2 years post graduate experience Previous experience delivering ACC contracts and services specifically Back to work and IOA will set you apart from the rest Full and clean driver's license Our greatest strength is the quality of our people.
